As per the Dubai Free Zones Council Decree # 17/2019, approved the One Free Zone Initiative, that allow Free Zones Companies to benefit from facilities located in other FZs and increase the Geographic reach of FZs without giving them full licensing operational privileges. Alternatively, FZ companies can obtain Permission to rent a warehouse or set up a Rep Office.
Company registered in Free Zone A can benefit from facilities offered by Free Zone B. The Company can apply for NOC from Free Zone B to be eligible to get the facility in Free Zone A, upon getting the NOC, the Company can apply for Permission from B Free Zone to either rent warehouse or set up Rep Office. ´Free Zone B is entitled to determine the requirements for granting such Permission.
